With an additional generation expected to be visiting the family ski retreat, the clients wanted to create a more family friendly space. The gathering spaces needed to be big enough for everyone, and they wanted to add sleeping spaces that could be configured by parent/child groups. The finishes needed to be durable and comfortable, but also needed an upgrade in style and cohesion, without sacrificing the feeling of a mountain retreat.
